He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Elizabeth Cox; his siblings, Archie, Harland, Robert, William, Melvin Bolen, Nellie Bolen and Gladys Coffman; his children, Sue Bolen (Kenny Ankeny) of Derry, Mark Bolen (Kim) of Derry, Janie Clark (John) of Derry, Randy Bolen (Lori) of Derry and Tracy Piper (Joseph) of Derry; his son-in-law Dave Cox of New Derry; and his sister Carrie Spudy (William) of Pitcairn. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
