She was predeceased by: her parent William Owens, Sr.; her husband Frederick N. Hackman; and her sister Kathy Madjeric. She is survived by: her parent Emma M. Owens (Vecchetti); her children, Kenneth W. Hackman and Johanna L. Sobota; her grandchildren, Maya Hackman, Grace Hackman, Abby Sobota, Alyssa Sobota and Nathan Sobota; her brother William Owens, Jr.; her wife Jean Owens of Greensburg; her sister Reva Owens of Latrobe; her aunts, Lena Laich and Jenny Skoloda; and also Daniel Owens. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in her name to the American Heart Association, 444 Liberty Avenue, Suite 1300, Pittsburgh, PA 15222.
