She was predeceased by: her father William A. Newhouse; her husband Clarence "Edward" Adams; and her sister Sandy Piper. She is survived by: her mother Helen Baker Newhouse of Derry; her children, Linda Bixler of Blairsville, John "Pete" Gray (Arley) of Hecla and Desiree Reffo (James) of Derry; her siblings, Sherry Prentice of Latrobe, William A. Newhouse (Jane) of Latrobe and Jim Newhouse of Derry; and her pet Maya. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews.
