Noel of Derry, Pennsylvania, born in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 28, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph T. McClelland and Margaret McClelland (Chrisner). She is survived by : her son Martin A. Noel Jr. (Christin); her grandsons, Martin A Noel III and Henry O. A. Noel; and her siblings, Joseph T. McClelland Jr. (Terri), Beverly McClelland and Verletta McClelland. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
