She was predeceased by : her parents, Jack Malugen and Gail Hart Malugen; and her son Jacob Owen Kuzmkowski. She is survived by : her husband Dennis O. Kuzmkowski; her daughters, Autumn Kuzmkowski of Pittsburgh and Lindsey Rensko (Brandon) of Ligonier; her sister Melaina Jones (Michael) of South Carolina; and her grandchildren, Blake and Scarlet.

“My dearest Lorie, fell in love with you over 50 years ago, I never forgot about the great times together. Even though you are gone, I will continue to remember you. Still suffering with PTSD because your Dad told me no when I asked for his permission to marry you. We would have had a Fairy Book marriage with you being my queen. Rest in peace until we meet again.
