With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lauren Nicole Swierkosz (Derry, Pennsylvania), born in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 9, 2018 at the age of 27. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Mary Beth Holtzer, Eugene Swierkosz, Sr. and Brenda Jones. She is survived by: her parents, Eugene J., Jr. of Latrobe and Yvonne R. Swierkosz (Holtzer) of Latrobe; her children, David Welsh of Latrobe, Skylar Swierkosz of Latrobe and Bailer Swierkosz of Latrobe; her grandfather Robert Holtzer; and her siblings, Joseph Michael Swierkosz (Cassandra) of Greensburg and Emily Rae Swierkosz (Joshua Dinges) of Greensburg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
