She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Hayes and Edna Thompson Hayes; her husband Floyd E. Burd; and her siblings, Howard Hayes and Sharon Blystone.
She is survived by: her children, Dwayne Burd (Lisa) of Blairsville, David Burd (Anna Todd) of Derry, Doug Burd (Jennifer) of Butler and Dee Blystone (Thomas Jr.) of Derry; her siblings, Rodney Hayes of Latrobe and Melody Burke (Charles) of East Lake, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Cortney Dukich (Kendall), Thomas Blystone III (Kelly), David Burd Jr., Sarah and Owen Burd; and her great grandchild Samuel Dukich.
