It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce I. Jarrett of Derry, Pennsylvania, born in Milton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 2, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Theron A., Sr. and Evelyn K. Winter (Coup); her husband Robert C. Jarrett; and her son Baby Boy Litz. She is survived by : her children, David R. McCollum (Christine) of Muncy, Nancy Quarles of Bloomsburg, Sue "Sam" Hans (Jim) of Allenwood and Russell I. "Buddy" McCollum III (Eileen) of Muncy; her stepsons, Rickey D. Jarrett (Editha) of Temecula, CA and Tony Scott Jarrett (Ann) of Peculiar, MO; her grandchildren, Michelle Lea Hack, Kressler Ryan Quarles and Colton Ryan McCollum; her great grandchildren, Tommy and Karista Hack; her great great grandchild Bryce Hack; and her brothers, Theron Winter of Lewisburg and Richard Winter of Watsontown.
