It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Philip Mentzer (Derry, Pennsylvania), born in Hershey, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 2, 2019, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Louise (late Richard Middleton). He is survived by: his wife Anita S. Mentzer (Miller); his children, Erica N. (Clay Lambert) and Ethan D. Mentzer (Jacinta Yelland); his sisters, Jeannine (Edward Rogowicz) and Rachel (Michael Mark); and his grandchildren, Aiden and Maddox Lambert.
