He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kozenko and Anna Kozenko (Gera); and his son Michael J. Kozenko. He is survived by: his girlfriend Mary Jane Kozenko (Bendel) of Latrobe; his daughters, Kathi Hebenthal (John) of Derry and Tammy Kozenko of Sarasota, FL; and his grandchildren, Rachel Snow, Karli Burkett, Andrea Caruso, Richard Shall III, Mitchell Schall and Abby Fry. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren and many cousins and friends.
