He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Patrick Sr. and Bertha Philabaum Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Will Patrick; his sons, Chris Patrick (Jessica) of Hollidaysburg, John E. "LJ" Patrick (Kimberly) of Derry and Jason B. Patrick (Patricia) of Whitney; and his sisters, Helen Osikowicz (Frank) of Greensburg, Veronica Munz of Ocala and Nerian Taylor (Don) of Crabtree. He is also survived by Eleven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
