Hanushovsky (Kevin) of Greensburg; his children, Baylee, Bradley and Beau Nuttall; his girlfriend Stephanie Cope; his girlfriend's child Addison of Derry; his brothers, George Nuttall of Greensburg, Joshua Nuttall of Crabtree and Jesse Nuttall of Greensburg; and his grandparents, George and Patricia Nuttall of Latrobe. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
