She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Crusan and Dorothy Crusan (Thomas). She is survived by: her son-in-law Kenneth Shepard (Ken); her former husband Joseph Burd; her husband Francis "Sonny" Hainan; her cousin Sallie (Jane); her children, Josie Marie Shepard (Kenneth) of Derry and Dennis Jay Burd of Greensburg; her sister Linda Sue Warnick of Saltsburg; her grandson Maverick White; her niece Adriane; her daughter Yvonne White; and her granddaughters, Megan and Erika.
