It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Allen Trice III of Derry, Pennsylvania, born in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 28, 2023, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Michelle Trice; his aunt Constance Poklembo; and his uncle William Duritsky. He is survived by: his father James A. Trice Jr.; his sons, James Allen Trice IV and Evan James Trice (Diana Ruckel); his stepchildren, Keayra Dawn Ruckel, Shayna Jean Ruckel, Jason Joseph Ruckel, Mark Weltz and Brooke Weltz; his sister Jaime Lynn Battaglini; his niece Morgan; his nephew Max Battaglini; his aunts, Sheila Hunt and Lisa Trice; and his close friend Murphy.
