She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Bernat and Mary Skoloda Bernat; her husband John J. Durasin; her siblings, John J. Bernat and Virginia B. Smith; her nephew Joseph J. Lagalski; and her niece Kathie A. Crump.
She is survived by: her sister Mary Ann "Dolly" Lagalski (Joseph) of Westmoreland City; her siblings-in-law, Gayle Bernat of Texas and Robert Smith of Texas; her stepbrother James Skoloda of Latrobe; and her sister-in-law Judy Asbee (Robert) of Derry. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncle and cousins.
