She is survived by: her children, Michael Kelly (Amber) of Derry and Carrie Uschak (James) of Derry; her sister Adeline Tylka of Mt. Pleasant; and her grandchildren, Anna Uschak, Jessica Uschak, Mackenzie Kelly, Mikaela Kelly, Maleya Kelly and Michael Kelly.
