He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Walters and Lillian Reynolds Walters. He is survived by: his wife Sandra J. Romanak Walters; his sons, Glenn F. Walters Jr. (Kelly) of Holly Springs, NC and Gregory A. Walters (Melinda) of Derry; his nephew Charles Walters Sr.; and his niece Joanne Brown.
