He is survived by: his mother Leila Means Mowry of Derry; his wife Cynthia Siko Mowry; his sons, Brandon E. Mowry and Victor Andrew Mowry (Marissa) of Blairsville; his sisters, Nelie Smith of Derry and Grayce Galiyas (David) of California, Maryland.; his grandchildren, Brayden and Chase Mowry; and his mother-in-law Betty L. Siko.
