She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sleasman and Sarah Ann Sanders Sleasman; her granddaughter Chloe Marie Sleasman; and her siblings, Kenneth Douglas, Wade, Emerson, Domer, John Sleasman, Emma Jean Tinkey, Alverda Hall, Edna Pearl Sleasman and Dorothy Simms.
She is survived by: her sons, William Carns (Cindy) of Millwood, Ronald Carns (Michelle) of Boca Raton, Franklin Carns (Susan) of Rector and Gregory Sleasman (Melissa) of Ligonier; and her siblings, Sandra Sleasman (Ralph Weller) of Stahlstown, Raymond Sleasman (Pat) of Stahlstown and James Sleasman of Everson. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, one great granddaughter, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
