He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Jasper Sears, Sr. and Eleanor Lillian Sears (Mitchell); his son Dale Sears; and his siblings, Linda Sears, Philip Sears, Austin Sears, Jr., David Sears and Kathleen Merrill.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Sears, Frank Sears, Jr. and Pamela Wolfe; his siblings, Beatrice Beebe, Bryan Sears and Arlene Closkey; his aunt Virginia Breon; his sisters-in-law, Bonita Sears and Sue Sears; his partner Marty Winter; and his grandchildren, Eric Sears, Jenna Wolfe, Madeline Sears and Frank Sears.
