She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward J. Klosky Sr. and Louise M. Klosky (Jenkins); her husband Frederick D. Bernas; and her brother Jeffrey Klosky. She is survived by: her children, Christine R. Shellgren (Daniel) of Derry and Bryan D. Bernas of Derry; her siblings, Edward J. Klosky Jr. (Cathy) of Fairfield, Conn., Gary Klosky of Hostetter, Thomas Klosky (Frieda) of Latrobe, Phyllis Warren of Saltsburg, Anna Warren of Hostetter and Ruth Ann Orzehowski of Hostetter; and her grandchildren, Virginia K. Tinkey, Chelsey Beskid (Christopher), Rachael Tinkey, Shayenne Kovacs (Ryan) and Dalton Shellgren. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
