Billingsley of Derry, Pennsylvania, born in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 12, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis L. Billingsley and Josephine Zedick Billingsley. He is survived by: his wife Linda Milam Billingsley; and his children, Kayla Cowan, Dennis Steeves and Brad Billingsley (Melissa). He is also survived by three grandchildren.
