He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip "Pete" and Myrtle "Honey" Martin Noel; and his siblings, Connie Noel Panko and Martin Noel. He is survived by: his wife Pam McDevitt Noel; his daughters, Kimberly Hoover (Bill) of Derry, Becky Bolish (Mark) of Latrobe and Shannon Noel (Matt) of Latrobe; his sister Sue Palmer of Greensburg; his grandchildren, Shawn, Derek, Alexis, Alyssa, Katelyn and Carson; and his great grandchildren, Kayla and Gage.
