He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia F. Fletcher Bell (Anderson) and David Bell; his son-in-law Joseph Hawanchak; and his niece Terri Heim. He is survived by: his wife Shirley J. Fletcher (O'Barto) of Derry; his children, Diane Hawanchak of Derry, Michael Vargulish (Pattie) of Jeannette, Linda Freeland, Rick Smith of Latrobe, John Vargulish (Toni) of Derry, Connie Nelson and Jimmy Mayes of Mt. Pleasant; and his sister Gwendolyn A. Bouch (William) of Blairsville. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
