He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloyd A. Troutman and Esther Elizabeth Isenberg Troutman; his wife Barbara Marie Ketring Troutman; and his sister Irene M. Stango. He is survived by: his daughter Valari K. Ritchey (Mark); his grandchildren, Jason Ritchey and Juliene Erb (Jeff) of Reading; and his great grandchildren, Hannah, Alex, Megan and Celeste Ritchey of Kaneohe.
