He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Cole and Harry Berman; his stepfather A. J. Cole; his former wife Ann Berman; his brother Leonard Berman; his sister-in-law Phyllis Berman; and his son Harold Berman.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Farnsler Berman; his daughter Ann Marie Garwood (Don); and his grandchildren, Josh Stark, Noel Stark Jones and Joe Garwood.
