He was predeceased by: his parent Roy W.; and his brother Roy W. Palmer Jr.. He is survived by: his parent Mary L. Wilt Palmer; his wife Betty Darlene Zulisky Palmer; his children, Amanda LuAnn Fisher and Brian K. Palmer Jr. of Derry; his siblings, Bonnie Palmer of Loyalhanna and Bruce Palmer (Terry); his stepbrother Robert Blystone of Latrobe; and his grandchildren, Desiree Fisher and Janet Hall.
