He is survived by: his wife Kathy Kuzemczak (Halferty) of Derry; his sons, Brian Kuzemczak (Angela) of North Andover, MA and Tyler Kuzemczak (Elyse) of Latrobe; his siblings, Michael Kuzemczak of Derry, Joe Kuzemczak of Blairsville and Debbie Kuzemczak of Derry; and his nieces, Sara Halferty and Sierra Kuzemczak.
A reception was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McCabe Funeral Home (300 W 3rd Ave, Derry, PA 15627).
