She was predeceased by : her parents, Althea Brindle Sanders (Oakes) and John Oakes. She is survived by : her husband Kenneth F. Myers of Derry; her children, Kenneth M. Myers (Barbara Ross) of Greensburg, Kimberly Dickey (Kevin) of New Alexandria and Jennifer Roy (Robert) of Wexford; her sisters, Joanne Shandle (Dick) of Derry and Janet Moore (Barry) of Payson, AZ; and her caregivers, Ashley, Ericka, Tammy and Melissa. She is also survived by numerous brother and sister-in-laws along with numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in Betty's name to the St. Martin Rosary Altar Society, 125 South Ligonier Street, Derry, PA 15627-1962.
