Fetter of Denver, Pennsylvania, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 10, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Irwin S. Fetter and Edith L. Fetter (Kersher); his daughter Pamela Sue Fetter; and his brother Irwin Fetter, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia L. Fetter (Burkholder); his son Andrew T. Fetter; his grandchildren, Daniel Fetter, Matthew Fetter and Alison Fetter; his great grandchildren, Baylee Fetter, Sylvie Fetter and Nora Duignan; and his siblings, Marie Kopf and Paul Fetter.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in William's memory may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
