He is survived by: his parent Katie L. Bair (Snyder); his sons, Michael D. Miller (Diane Heft) of Denver, Carl A. Bair of Denver and Willard J. Jr. Bair (Sheri Beck) of Denver; and his sisters, Lenora Adams and Peggy Texter. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
