He was predeceased by: his father Carlo J. Cioffi. He is survived by: his wife Debra D. Levenson; his mother Rita M. Cioffi (Valentine); his sons, Joseph R. Cioffi (Kelli) of Elverson and Luke A. Cioffi (Amanda) of Breinigsville; his grandchildren, Cooper, Anthony, Molly, Mason, Taylor and Beau Cioffi; and his siblings, Janet Madrigal, Cathy Plate, Michael Cioffi and Christopher Cioffi.
