He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank T. Halter and Gloria E. Halter. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Halter; his children, Theodore Halter, Jr. (Jenna Gentry) and Renee Halter (CJ Keefer); his grandson Jaxson Gentry; and his siblings, Melanie Stoner and Timothy Halter (Pat). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that those who wish to express sympathy consider making a donation to their local Veterans association in Ted's name.
