He is survived by: his children, Cindy R. Hall of Newmanstown and Tony R. Kurtz of Denver; his stepdaughter Roxanne Pittman of Dallas, TX; and his siblings, Leon M. (Mary Louise Kurtz) of Stevens, Earl M. (Jane Kurtz) of Lititz, Ralph M. (Mary Kurtz) of Ephrata, Ethel M. (Leon Sensenig) of Brunnerville and Grace M. (Jonas Sensenig) of Holtwood. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren.
