Michael Kukel Obituary

Michael Kukel, 86, of Denver, formerly of Totowa, New Jersey, passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at The Gardens at Stevens.

He was born in Paterson, NJ to the late Daniel and Michaelina (Karpacz) Kukel and was the husband of the late Frances E. (Reis) Kukel. They had been married for over 50 years.

Michael worked as a trucker for many years prior to his retirement. He loved the Jersey Shore, his Scotch, swimming in the pool, and animals, especially his dog Bruce. He also enjoyed talking on the CB, where he was known to many as "Prime Rib".

Michael is survived by 2 daughters, Barbara A. Hallock (Bill), Katherine M. Kukel (Janice Black); 2 grandchildren, Michael T. Mullin, Kayla M. (Mullin) Heister (Michael); sister Helen Jaworski.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by sister, Sophie Trout and brother, John Kukel.

Services are private at the convenience of the family.
