She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Windish and Rose Windish (Dominek); her son Gary Rutter; and her siblings, Joseph Windish, Jr., Rosie Sweigart and Dorothy Crouse.
She is survived by: her husband Paul L. Rutter; her children, Deb Rutter, David Rutter (Deb), Jody Royer (Brian), Lori Lefever (Roy), Theresa Mentzer (Dan) and John Rutter; her siblings, Elsie Becker (Robert) and Robert Windish; and her sister-in-law Florence Windish. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
