She was predeceased by: her husband James John Kuhlman; her parents, Herbert Nicholas Joseph and Madeline Marie Frank (Helfrich); and her brother Richard Leo Albert Frank. She is survived by: her son James John; and her grandchildren, Kristy LaFave, Ashley Kuhlman, Thomas Kuhlman, Brad Kuhlman, Stephanie Lewis and Lindsey Kuhlman. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
