It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Arbogast of Denver, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 30, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Russell and Beth J. Russell (Richart); and her spouse Merrill Arbogast. She is survived by: her sons, Merrill Arbogast, Jr. of Reinholds, William Arbogast of Reinholds and Robert (Caroline Van Gorden); her grandchildren, Emma Mae, Hunter Robert Arbogast and Wyatt Andrew Arbogast; and her brother Kenneth Russel of Benton, PA..
