He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Lapinski and Catherine Lapinski (Allem). He is survived by: his wife Debra Jean (Moyer); his daughters, Carrie Jean Lapinski and Julene Lapinski; his sister Darlene Hinkle (Curtis); his niece Kelly Mallery (Justin); and his nephew Eric Hinkle (Niki). He is also survived by 1 great-niece and 2 great-nephews.
