It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Shonsky (Denver, Pennsylvania), born in Spangler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 4, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Abel and Alma Abel (Miller); and her sisters, Ellen and Mary Elizabeth. She is survived by: her husband Nicholas A. Shonsky Sr.; her children, Nicholas Jr. (Mandy), Troy (Casie) and Michele Spangler (Jayson); her grandchildren, Brianna, Alyssa, Zachary, Jazmyn, Alanna, Madison and Makenzie; and her siblings, Daniel, Audrey, Corinne, Roxanne, Patty and Frank.
