She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Mattis and Catherine Mattis (Hawk); and her sister Mary Catherine Ruth. She is survived by: her husband Jay; her sons, Todd and Jason Frey; and her sister Sally Zoller. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
