He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Dutter and Ellen Dutter (Daniels); his wife Janet Carol Dutter (Stokes); and his siblings, Herbert Dutter, Harold Dutter and Mary Ellen Riddle.
He is survived by: his children, Debra J. (Harold Heckman) of Terre Hill and James R. Dutter; and his brother Ira Jr. (Donna Dutter). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
