She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Sweigart and Lillian Sweigart (Huyard); her husband Alfred G. Martin; her children, Alfred L. Martin Jr., Dale L. Martin and Faye L. Beaver; and her close friend Roy Sweigart.

She is survived by: her children, Eugene L. Martin (Sandra) of Reading, Dennis R. Martin (Linda) of Ephrata, Katheryn Sweigart (Roger) of Ephrata and Patricia A. Shober (Dwayne) of Denver; and her brother William Sweigart (Cheryl) of Reamstown. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 12 great great-grandchildren.
