He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Raymond Charles and Anna Lois Charles (Bucher) of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.; and his brother Delbert (Dottie). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ressler (Dottie); his sisters, Linda Byler (Philip) of Charleston and Twila Jean Leichty (Paul) of Williamsport; and his aunt Anna Ruth Jacobs.
