He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Greenly and Emma Greenly (Mull); and his siblings, Helen Nohrenberg (Jarl), Patricia Klinger and Larry Greenly.

He is survived by: his wife Peggy (Fetter); his brother Kenneth Greenly (Jessie); and his sister-in-law Joanne Greenly.

Memorial contributions in Harlan's memory may be made to Wellspan Hospice, Lebanon VA, or Cancer Institute at Penn State Hershey.
