He is survived by: his parent Ann Steen (Olsen) of Ephrata; his sisters, Susan (Mark Mosser) of Denver and Laurie (Kris Rogers) of Alexandria, Virginia; and his nieces and nephews, Andrea (Shawn Bearinger), Adam (Amy Nichol), Hannah (Victor Query), Sam Rogers and Joel Rogers.
