He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Witmer and Viola Witmer (Gudekunst); his spouse Shelva J. (Hiester); his sister Lorraine Reddig; and his son-in-law Richard Ueberroth.
He is survived by: his children, Dean (Beth) of Ephrata, Todd (Theresa) of Ephrata and Lee Anne Ueberroth; his grandchildren, Erin, Daniel, Ricky, Katie, Kyle, Courtney, Kayla and Carissa; his great grandchildren, Ellie, Trey, Dylan, Remmie and Coe; his siblings, Leroy Witmer, Jr., Barry Witmer and Jane Enck; and also, Andrew, Nicole Weaver, Abby, Von and Kenzlie.
