He was predeceased by: his mother Nora Helen Delp (Maglaughlin); his brothers, Robert Delp and Greg Delp; and his nephew Erick Mullins. He is survived by: his sisters, Brenda Lee Toliver (Louis Caputo), Karen Smithson and Sharon Mullins; and his nieces and nephews, Beverly Hunt-Makowske, Tracy Roston, James W. Smithson, Donnie Mullins, Jr., Isaiah Mullins and Derick Mullins.
