It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Earl Rugemer of Delta, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 11, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald L. Rugemer and Joyce Y. Holdaway (Alban); and his brother Gary Rugemer. He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Rugemer (Wever); his daughter Jessica Haugh (Rugemer); his son-in-law Tony Haugh of Delta, PA; his friends, Jason Kilby of Delta, PA and Stephanie Croff of Delta, PA.; his brothers, Wayne Rugemer (Carmel) of McMinnville, TN and Mark Dixon (Leigh Ann) of Hollywood, MD; and his sister-in-law Sue Rugemer of Windsor, PA. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
