He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard S. Fleischmann and Margaret Fleischmann (Henry). He is survived by: his wife Betsy; his children, Kim M. Fleischmann of Bel Air, MD and Todd E. Fleischmann (Diana) of Delta, PA; and his brother Thomas R. Fleischmann (Phyllis) of Willow Valley. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
